The Ennis Whiskey Club have organised a series of Irish Brand Ambassador tastings around Ennis again for 2025. Our March event was the Glendalough Whiskey range presented by Eoin Cooney.
Another great night was had in Ennis with Eoin Cooney leading us through a fantastic tasting of a selection of the Glendalough Irish Whiskey Range. We had 6 samples in all - 3 Grain whiskey, 2 Pot Stills and a Malt. We started with their very approachable Double Barrel, followed by one of the Single Cask editions - the Madeira Cask Finish. We then moved on their core range Pot Still before getting stuck into the 7 year old Single Malt finished in Mizunara. We rounded off the tasting with their newly released Peated Pot Still.
