As Ennis Whiskey Club moves through its final activities for 2023, we were joined this week by Peter Mulryan, author, TV producer, and CEO and founder of Blackwater Distillery.

Back once again in Cruise’s Bar and Restaurant, Ennis, we were treated to a preview of some yet unreleased single malts from Blackwater, as well as a new poitín and a blended whiskey from the established Blackwater range.

Peter started us off on the just-released Malt na Mara poitín, then on to the Velvet Cap Irish whiskey blend before introducing us to the as yet un-released Blackwater Peat the Magic Dragon, Starburst Spicebag and Vatting 37.
