Who We Are

We are passionate about whiskey and our aim is to introduce as many people as we can to this magical spirit

In the early 2000s Eric's wife arranged a whiskey tasting event for his birthday. Since then, whiskey has been a passion for him and is now working full time in the industry as a whiskey consultant. J.J. Corry's "The Banner Blend" was blended by Eric in which he takes great pride. Marrowbone Lane is one of his all-time favourite Irish whiskeys. Springbank is his absolute favourite Scottish distillery. Other distilleries currently on his radar are Kilchoman on Islay, Mackmyra in Sweden and Chichibu in Japan.

Paul is a director of Acrux Beverages Ltd and according to him, distillation is an art. He believes that if the clear, new-make spirit from the still is good enough to drink neat, then it will make a fantastic whiskey. His catch-cry is "There's never enough peat!" and he's currently working his way through Dominic Roskrow's book "1001 Whiskies You Must Try before You Die" - one nip at a time.
