Founded in 2006 by the Nelstrop family, St. George’s Distillery is the first whisky distillery in England in over 160 years. The distilling, maturing and bottling are all carried out on site.
The English 11 Year Old has been matured in ex-bourbon casks, using mostly unpeated spirit and a very small amount of peated spirit.
It is bottled at 46% and without added colouring and is un-chill filtered.
