French Whisky from the Domaine Des Hautes Glaces

Domaine des Hautes Glaces is a French farm-distillery specializing in organic production and is situated in the Trièves region of the French Alps at an altitude of 900 metres. It was founded in 2009 by Frédéric Revol, who is still the Master Distiller, and is owned by Rémy Cointreau since 2017.

Les Moissons is a single rye, organic whisky, double distilled, matured in French oak barrels, and bottled at 44,8 % abv. There is no colouring and it is non-chill filtered. There is no age statement.
