English Whisky from the Cotswold Distillery, England

Founded by New Yorker Daniel Szor, Cotswolds Distillery opened in July 2014, with the guidance of Dr. Jim Swan. They use 100% locally grown, floor-malted barley. Founder's Choice is aged exclusively in Szor’s favourite casks: shaved, toasted and re-charred ex-red wine barriques.

Released in 2019, with no age statement, this is a cask strength single malt, 60.9% abv, non-chill filtered with natural colouring.
