This distinctive Irish Single Malt whiskey is aged for 19 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon-seasoned casks, married and further matured for two years in madeira fortified wine barrels - a unique maturation which imparts a delicate balance of fruit, spice and sweetness. Bottled at 40% abv.
