The Ennis Whiskey Club continues its 2023 series of Irish Brand Ambassador tastings in Ennis. This time we were delighted to welcome Ian O’Brien, Waterford Whisky’s distiller and brand educator who did a great job in walking us through the intricacies of the Waterford story.
Cruise’s Bar and Restaurant, Ennis hosted this event and Ian introduced us to six whiskys from the Waterford range as he outlined their unique approach to whisky production.
Ian’s choice consisted of Waterford’s Ballyroe, Sheestown, Organic Gaia 2:1, Peated Lacken, Cuvée:Koffi and Peated Woodbrook.
